Q: How do your designs fit, which size should I choose?
A: Brandsmiths designs are structured to free the body, not constrict it. Our 100% cotton pieces, offering a soft and breathable feel, feature comfortable (relaxed/oversize) fits that create "effortless chic." We recommend choosing your standard size for the fabric to flow with you. If you prefer a more fitted silhouette, you may consider a smaller size.
FABRIC & CARE
Q: How should I care for the iconic indigo pieces with gold details and cotton designs?
A: Natural fibers require care. To preserve the sparkle of the delicate embroideries on our indigo pieces and maintain the soft, breathable texture of the 100% cotton fabric as if new, we recommend washing your products at a maximum of 30 degrees, on a delicate cycle, or by hand. Avoid bleaching chemicals and hang dry in the wind or shade instead of using a dryer to preserve the natural drape of the cotton.
ORDERS & PRODUCTION
Q: Will an out-of-stock item be re-added to the collection?
A: In line with our slow fashion and sustainability principles, we avoid overproduction and produce our collections in limited batches in our artisan workshop. Some of our iconic forms may be renewed within the season, but capsule collections are generally unique. For an out-of-stock item, you can sign up for the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" privilege on the page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to reach me?
A: We believe the holiday spirit shouldn't wait. Your orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1-2 business days at the latest via Express Cargo (DHL/UPS). No matter where you are in the world, your package will be delivered safely and as quickly as possible to your doorstep.
EFFORTLESS RETURNS
Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't meet my expectations?
A: True luxury is flawless comfort. If you feel that the items in your order do not harmonize with your aura, you can effortlessly return them or request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
